Short answer
Drop your AVIF files above, keep JPG selected and download a JPG that every app and upload form opens. The conversion runs in your browser, so nothing is uploaded and there's no sign-up. JPG has no transparency, so see-through areas get a background colour, white by default; pick PNG to keep transparency. Works in current Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari.
